I have always observed and sometimes joined the throng of exercisers along the waterfront at Sandgate. Its such a great place to get out in the sunshine and increase the heart-rate a little, burn some calories or just catch up with a friend.
Well now there is a new way beat those procrastinating ways by joining a group fitness squad and benefiting form the added motivation that it brings. You also get expert support and direction from Katie or Tim who know how to keep things fun while working the group just enough.
Both of these guys did their Certificate III in Fitness at the Academy of Fitness and so they really know what they are doing. They can suggest a wide variety of activities from the usual stretches, warmups and runs to kettle bells, team exercises and games. Pets too get a workout.
