Exercise Together
I have always observed and sometimes joined the throng of exercisers along the waterfront at Sandgate. Its such a great place to get out in the sunshine and increase the heart-rate a little, burn some calories or just catch up with a friend.
Well now there is a new way beat those procrastinating ways by joining a group fitness squad and benefiting form the added motivation that it brings. You also get expert support and direction from Katie or Tim who know how to keep things fun while working the group just enough.
Both of these guys did their Certificate III in Fitness at the Academy of Fitness and so they really know what they are doing. They can suggest a wide variety of activities from the usual stretches, warmups and runs to kettle bells, team exercises and games. Pets too get a workout.
Check it out if you (like me) need some motivation to keep turning up!

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE
When uploading themes especially in WordPress I sometimes get this error:
WordPress – Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE
My solution is check FTP settings are to binary transfer.
In FileZilla 2.2.32, go Edit > Settings > File transfer settings > ASCII/Binary. Set it to always binary: that should do the trick.
In FileZilla 3.5.0 the setting is in Edit > Settings > Transfers > File Types > Default transfer type > Binary.

WordPress SQL Import Error #1064
I exported a database as a backup that was working fine. When I imported the database to the same exact server, folder, etc. I got this error:

How To Fix Moodle File Picker Not Loading
We had a situation where the moodle file picker would not load and just showed a loading sign ….. We fixed this by:
- We turned javascript caching off
Others suggested also that they turned the combined YUI combo loading off but we didn’t have to.
I then turned the caching back on and it worked ok. POssible clearing the cache too would have done it.

Contact form 7 checkboxes – one per line
When I need checkboxes in a contact 7 form I usually want them each on a separate line.
We add this simple link of code to our stylesheet. It will insert a linebreak between all checkboxes or radio buttons in your forms built with Contact Form 7.
